Because there is a first and I need to figure this out. Here we go again, I guess I need to get into some sort of routine with these press releases. I’m pressuring myself to write this one because I don’t like to leave things unfinished. They say when you start out “blogging” you should publish on a schedule so the readers can get accustomed to your writing style and have something to look forward to. Basically, so you all can get to know me and my behaviors better. BTW really erratic shh. Schedules, you know I would like to know who invented schedules. We need to go back in time and teach them a lesson. I mean congratulate them. We function better with schedules right, we can write them down on these things they call calendars that keep track of time. Let’s not get started on time. That becomes a whole blown out of proportion conversation that can get philosophical and most people say only hippies talk about that sh*t.
To be honest, I like making lists. The best part is once you complete the task, you can cross it off the list. Mission accomplished! It has a feeling of fulfillment to it. My lists usually include; waking up, showering. Seriously, to do lists help structure your day, week, year whatever it may be. The most pressing list right now for me is the Christmas list, if you are a good boy or girl you may be on it. We as a society love routine. Most people don’t know what to do without it. Depending on your certain situation, you may not even know you do it but I guarantee most of you drink your coffee or shower or turn GMA on at the same time every day. We are creatures of habit. This is why a lot of people are afraid of retirement. Once, you stop the routine and become sedentary your body and mind slowly start to decline. I say keep the routine. An all of a sudden shock is defiant to the mind and body. If you need to slow down, go to a 4 on 3 instead of 5 and 2. Staying active is a key to longevity. If it is just a long walk or a slight change in routine to throw off the mind, the challenge will keep the body and mind fresh. Stay productive and challenge yourself day in and day out. Age is just number it is all about how you feel.
So, now that I just typed all that and try to figure out how I got there, I’m told I need topics. That could be a problem for me because that means I need to decide on a topic before actually typing. The thing is I go on so many tangents I end up not discussing what I set out to. Most of the people that know can keep up but for the rest of you I will try to stick to said plan. I probably should of been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD or your attention span is garbage disorder back in day but ahh I made it this far.
